• Handling payment voucher, purchase order, invoice and delivery order.
• Responsible to perform bank reconciliation on monthly basis to ensure all financial transaction are accurate and accounted and the proper management of Accounts Receivable (AR), Account Payable and Invoicing System.
• Prepare cheques and related documentation for all payments
• Prepare ageing list for Account payables and receivables on monthly basis. Special efforts are required in collections of accounts receivables.
• Prepare monthly staff salary and corresponding salary slip for each employee.
• Prepare statutory EPF and SOCSO contribution for each employee and cheque payments to respective government authorities.
• Handle and prepare Income Statement, balance sheet and Trial Balance for management by MYOB Accounting System.
