Senior Customer Service/Support Executive
I’ve been working in the field of customer services/support for more than ten years. My experiences in multiples companies helped me cultivate useful customer service abilities while handling customer services/support for clients from around the globe.
My experience over these years helped me improve my customer services/support skills, hone my organizational skills, and has provided me with extensive knowledge of how to manage operations and dealing with new prospects and existing customers.
I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously and capable enough to resolve issues at its earliest and memorize an entire line of the company’s products.
Work Terms
