    The Job: Zunaira provided coaching on how to improve the production of my YouTube videos. I asked her to assume the role of 'Director' and offer recommendations for improving the technical aspects such as lighting, sound, staging, pacing, use of secondary assets like B-roll and then, from among the

    many things I could change, offer a value judgement recommending the priority items I should address first to have the largest positive impact. Performance: Zunaira over-delivered on my expectations. She demonstrated not only a grasp of the technical details of YouTube video production but she also showed considerable initiative and good judgement in isolating priority changes I should make.
