Hours of Operation:
I operate Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM (GMT+5). While these are my standard hours, I'm committed to accommodating different time zones and can schedule meetings outside these times when necessary to ensure project success.
Payment Terms:
All projects begin with a clear and detailed quote, providing transparency and understanding before any work commences. For projects under $500, I request full payment upfront. For projects exceeding this amount, I accept 50% upfront and the remaining 50% upon project completion, prior to the final delivery. Payments are processed securely through Fiverr, ensuring safety and convenience for both parties.
Preferred Communication Style:
Effective communication is key to a successful project. I prefer to communicate via Fiverr's messaging system during my business hours. This ensures that all project-related discussions are documented and accessible for future reference. For detailed project discussions or urgent matters, I am available for video calls or phone calls by appointment.
Project Delivery:
Every project milestone will be discussed and agreed upon before starting, ensuring clarity and mutual expectations. I adhere to strict deadlines, and I keep my clients updated with regular progress reports.
Revision Policy:
I am dedicated to delivering work that meets your complete satisfaction. I offer up to three revisions on most projects to ensure that the final output aligns perfectly with your vision. Additional revisions can be accommodated with a small fee, discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Feedback and Follow-Up:
Client feedback is incredibly important to me, both during and after the project. I encourage open and honest communication to ensure that your needs are fully met. After project completion, I remain available for any follow-up questions or future project discussions.
