Your Mission:
As our Acquisition Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to attract and convert new customers while optimizing our advertising budget for the best ROI. You will work closely with our team to maximize online visibility, improve conversion rates, and scale our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels with very LOW BUDGET
- Optimize and manage ad campaigns to improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize for performance.
- Set up and analyze tracking tools to monitor campaign performance and sales conversions.
- Research and test new marketing channels to maximize customer reach.
- Collaborate with our team to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, PPC advertising, and customer acquisition.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Experience in beauty, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus.
