🎬 What are we looking for?
We’re looking for an organized and proactive ROMANIAN Account Manager & Strategist, with experience in an agency environment, to manage and optimize online advertising campaigns. This role involves both strategic planning and execution, as well as monitoring results to ensure that the goals set with clients are achieved.
💼 What do we offer?
We offer a part-time contract (approx. 20 hours/week), with an initial three-month trial period depending on compatibility and performance. You’ll work exclusively from home or anywhere you prefer. We believe in building long-term relationships based on mutual success and professional growth.Please note: This is a collaboration contract only — not an employment contract. You are responsible for handling your own taxes and contributions.
📹 What will you do?
Oversee your assigned projects and ensure team members complete their tasks correctly
Approve tasks created by the Designers
Communicate internally with the team via Slack
Manage client communication via email and WhatsApp between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Create video reports with performance updates
Monitor and report performance internally
Ensure correct implementation of the strategy agreed with the client
Review and analyze Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts
Create and optimize media buying strategies and provide relevant feedback
Occasionally set up new client accounts: Google Ads, Google Merchant, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and Facebook Pages
Manage a team consisting of a media buyer, email marketing specialist, and designer
Create content strategies and write video ad scripts for clients
Review and update internal procedures on a quarterly basis
📝 Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a marketing agency environment with B2C/B2B clients
Experience managing advertising budgets over €20,000/month
Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Merchant
Knowledge of Content Marketing
English at minimum B2 level
Excellent organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work autonomously and proactively while maintaining efficient communication with both clients and the team
Optional: You have a PFA or SRL
