Job Opportunity: Affordable Housing Financing Specialist
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing affordable housing in Southern California. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced professional to assist in securing super low-interest financing for the construction of 20 affordable rental units in an urban city in Southern California.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Extensive experience in identifying and securing low-interest financing for affordable housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of funding opportunities available through the State of California, the County of Los Angeles, and various foundations, including but not limited to Enterprise Foundation, California Community Foundation, Wells Fargo Foundation, and others.
- A proven track record of successfully obtaining funding for similar projects.
- Ability to navigate and apply for straightforward, non-complicated financing options that align with our nonprofit’s mission and project goals.
