Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Solutions: Anticipate potential issues before they arise, offering preemptive solutions to help our Sellers optimize their operations.
Plan of Actions: Develop and write comprehensive plans of action in response to intellectual property complaints and customer product authenticity complaints to ensure compliance and maintain account health.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess Seller account performance metrics and provide strategic insights to enhance their business success on Amazon.
Qualifications:
E-Commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon’s policies and procedures.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with Sellers.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze Seller data, identify trends, and propose actionable strategies.
