We are hiring a full-time Amazon PPC Specialist to manage advertising campaigns across four Amazon accounts. This is a high-responsibility, long-term position for someone who lives and breathes Amazon advertising. You will be directly responsible for optimizing campaigns, reducing wasted spend, improving profitability, and proactively suggesting strategy improvements.
You must be available to work until at least 12:00 PM PST, and this role requires 100% focus on our brand only during work hours. Time tracking is mandatory, and you may not work on any other client accounts during paid hours — no exceptions.
We’re looking for someone fluent in ScaleInsights and MyRealProfit, capable of bulk sheet operations, and highly skilled in keyword tracking, bid placement strategies, and making detailed bid adjustments based on performance data.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns across four Amazon accounts
Monitor, segment, and continuously track keyword performance and ranking
Strategically adjust bids and placement settings to improve conversion rates and profitability
Build and edit campaigns through bulk operations, including bid and keyword management
Use ScaleInsights for automated campaign rules, account structure, and performance monitoring
Analyze MyRealProfit dashboards to assess profit margins, TACOS, and ad efficiency
Create and deliver weekly reports that include performance trends, insights, and action steps
Regularly audit accounts and implement structure or targeting improvements
Coordinate with creative and content teams on ad asset testing (images, videos, etc.)
Stay informed about Amazon’s platform changes and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC management across multiple brands or clients
Proven experience managing 4+ accounts simultaneously
Fluent in ScaleInsights and MyRealProfit (must show examples or provide screenshots)
Highly experienced with bulk sheets for managing bids, keywords, and campaign changes
Deep understanding of keyword tracking, match types, search term harvesting, and negative targeting
Skilled in bid placement settings and adjusting bids by placement and device type
Comfortable analyzing KPIs: ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and keyword rank
Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot inefficiencies and propose strategic fixes
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Must be online and working until at least 12:00 PM PST
Must use a time tracking tool (we provide) — no side clients allowed during work hours
Must have a stable internet connection and professional home workspace
Bonus Points:
Experience with DSP or sending external traffic (Meta, Google, TikTok) to Amazon listings
Experience with launches, ranking strategies, and maintaining PPC through inventory cycles
Familiarity with Amazon listing optimization and keyword indexing best practices
