Need someone to set up email application for Apollo.io. There will probably be some other work I need on ASpollo.io once we get started.
instructions -
Zoho Email: Your full email (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com).
Zoho Password: Your Zoho Mail password. If 2FA is on, get an app-specific password:
In Zoho Mail, go to My Account > Security > App-Specific Passwords, generate one for Apollo, and save it.
Signature: Share your current Zoho Mail signature or what you want (e.g., name, title, company, phone, email).
Step 2: Log In to Apollo.io
Log in to your Apollo.io account (or sign up).
Go to Settings > Mailboxes.
Step 3: Link Zoho Mail to Apollo
Click Link Mailbox, select Other.
Use these settings:
IMAP: imap.zoho.com, Port 993 (SSL/TLS)
SMTP: smtp.zoho.com, Port 587 (TLS)
Username: Your Zoho email.

Step 4: Set Up Your Email Signature
In Apollo, go to Settings > Mailboxes, pick your Zoho mailbox.
Add your signature in the Signature section (copy from Zoho Mail or type it).
Example: [Your Name] [Your Title] [Your Company] [Phone Number] [Email Address]
Save it.
Step 5: Configure Sending Limits
Check your limit in Settings > Email Accounts or Emails > Sending Limits (should be 50/day).
Turn on email “warming” if available to avoid spam flags.
Step 6: Test the Setup
Go to Emails or Sequences in Apollo.
Write a test email with your Zoho email as the “From” address.
Confirm the signature shows, then send it to yourself.
Check it appears in Zoho Mail’s Sent folder.
Step 7: Prepare for Outreach
Use Apollo’s Search to find new companies and contacts.
Send up to 50 emails/day manually or via a Sequence.
Follow Apollo’s rules and include an unsubscribe link.
