App Review Fix Bugs

I have an app that has a handful of tasks left (maybe 6 tickets possibly a few more based on changes in the business environment)
Review Code look for bottlenecks in processing, remove or replace inefficient code or hard coded content
Fix bugs
Add new functionality including:
New forms, UI upgrade/fix workflow issues to leverage current AI development.
Upgrade editor (change from one company to another {better editor})
Update SMS messaging (phone number in code create config form, etc.)
Ongoing maintenance 

Must be a US citizen due to Federal regs for HIPAA
