I previously filed an emergency Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in Suffolk Superior Court to prevent the City from proceeding with my termination after exhausting all available civil remedies.

My case involves whistleblower protections and systemic corruption at both the union and city level, and I have forged medical release forms and expert-backed evidence proving misconduct.

However, my TRO was denied on February 18, 2025, because the City argued that I had not fully exhausted administrative remedies due to my pending Civil Service appeal and arbitration process. Despite this ruling, I believe my case qualifies for an exception to the exhaustion rule due to:

    •    Irreparable Harm – I have two autistic children who rely on my employer-provided health insurance for essential therapy. My termination immediately jeopardizes their care.

    •    Fraudulent Medical Evidence – The City and Department doctor engaged in misconduct, including forging medical release forms and submitting fraudulent documentation to justify my termination.

    •    Whistleblower Retaliation – My termination is a direct result of my efforts to expose corruption within the department and union, making this a clear case of unlawful retaliation.

I have filed an interlocutory appeal but need assistance in cleaning it up and organizing it for the appellate court. In addition, I would like to explore the best legal avenues for pursuing claims against both the City and the Department doctor for their unlawful actions.

Assistance Needed:

    1.    Organizing & Formatting My Interlocutory Appeal

    •    I need help structuring my appeal so it is clear, concise, and properly formatted for the appellate court.

    2.    Supplemental Filing (if allowed)

    •    If the court allows, I would like to submit a Supplemental Memorandum to clarify my arguments further and ensure the judge fully understands my case.
