Azure Services – Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Interview Assessments Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Services SME to assess and evaluate candidates during the interview process for cloud computing and Microsoft Azure-related roles. The SME will conduct technical interviews, assess candidates’ expertise in Azure infrastructure, security, networking, identity management, automation, and monitoring, and provide structured feedback to support hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Assessment & Evaluation:
- Conduct interviews for candidates specializing in Microsoft Azure services.
- Assess expertise in Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage, Active Directory, and Identity Management.
- Evaluate hands-on experience with Azure Security solutions, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Azure Defender, Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Conditional Access policies.
- Review candidates’ problem-solving skills in automating deployments, managing cloud resources, implementing Zero Trust architecture, and optimizing Azure environments.
Technical & Professional Feedback:
- Provide structured feedback on candidates' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Offer insights on their ability to design, implement, and manage secure Azure cloud services.
- Recommend suitable candidates based on technical proficiency, security expertise, and real-world experience.
Interview Process & Standards:
- Ensure interviews align with industry best practices and Microsoft Azure security standards.
- Maintain a fair, objective, and structured evaluation process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to refine interview criteria as needed.
Hiring & Payment Process:
- All hiring processes, candidate selection, and payment transactions will be managed through the Guru portal.
- The Guru portal ensures transparency, secure payments, and proper documentation for all engagements.
