Search Page
Search page will provide following search criteria
Sale Type: ( Check Box) a)Direct Sale, Lease Transfer
Drop down:Make, Model, Starting Year, Maximum Odometer Miles, Maximum Price
Search Results Page
Will show car listings with filter search on the left side or upper part of page, wherever is easier for you to do where users can adjust year, make, model, miles, price and click on desired listing

Listing Page
All Packages are free in the beginning for a few months until website gains popularity then we can add later on a paid package and we can add other options as well but for the beginning I will start with just the basic options.
Add, Create listing page will require the following information,
Seller type: Private Seller or Car Dealer. Vehicle Sale Type: Direct Sale, Lease Transfer, If seller chooses Direct sale he has to put asking price, for example $5,000, if seller chooses lease transfer seller has to tell how much is is monthly payment, for how many months and if he requires any down payment, for example $235/mo for 18 months, $500 down payment
Seller has to choose make, model, year, miles, color,
Seller will be required to add at least 1 image or up to 10 images, seller will also be required to provide a short description
Seller has to be able to login to his account to add/create another listing, edit current, mark listing as sold. How seller logs in I will leave it up to you, whatever is easier

The design of the form can be different, this is just an understanding of the website options.
Once new listing has been submitted or change of current listing is submitted everything has to go thru me to be approved before reflecting on live website
Also there will be a simple contact us page and about us page
