Module 1: Website Designing
1. We will start the work by providing you a three website mock-up / template and will provide an unlimited reversion to it before converting it to Live Site.
2. Upon approval, we will convert the approved template into working site and will create the tabs pages that is to be provided later
3. Licensed Pictures and Contents will be provided by Client.
Module 2: User Registration
1. User must be registered to fill any form questions
2. User will have the link to forget password
3. Retrieve password
4. Change password
5. Update there all information
6. We will verify emails to avoid bogus entries while user is about to register.
Module 3: User Dash board
1. Retainer agreement must be signed before clients can go on.
2. In the administration panel the forms will be in excel format ,
3. The report will be city wise reports then the application will show the report regarding the particular city only.
4.it will show total number of cases all transactions for particular city pending cases etc.
Module 4: User Questionnaire
1.System will ask few questions and user need to answer the questions carefully. User will review the answer and can update it before submitting.
2.Create the form user need to provide personnel information including home address
3.System will generate the forms in pdf format and user can save or print the same .
4.User will have password and can upload the file against the form
Module 5: Payment Gateway integration
The website owner will have a PayPal account which can be used as website merchant account where the payments made on the website will be deposited.
We will integrate ‘PayPal Website Payments Standard’ where the users will be taken to PayPal secure website to sign-in into their PayPal account or enter their billing information to complete the payment / transaction OR use credit card.
Each customer should receive an e-mail after their purchase including their copy of the purchase and it will be protected by code. The password will be the same as the login password for the site.
Module 6: Admin Panel CMS
1.For super user to update the status of the filling and to keep track of fees received from each users
2.In this module we will design a Customized CMS (Content Management System) which will facilitate you to add/edit/delete contents, add/edit/delete images/ pictures, upload any document.

Module 7: Newsletter
1.An option in admin area for super user to broadcast designed newsletter to all or selected registered user
