I need a contract for my services as a Social Media Manager (SMM) . I offer my services as a ZZP to dutch costumers, but also internationally.
The contract must includes the following: a clear outline of the services I’ll be providing, such as content creation, social media strategy development, community management, and performance reporting, etc. I want to specify the client's responsibilities, including providing necessary materials, responding to my communication in a timely manner, participating in scheduled meetings, and granting access to their social media accounts. The payment terms should include my rates, the payment schedule, deposits required, and penalties for late payments or non-payment, fees for extra services if required I also need clauses on the contract duration, including a notice period for termination, and conditions under which either party can terminate immediately, such as non-engagement or failure to pay.
The purpose of this contract is to prevent requests for tasks outside the agreed scope and to ensure that I am not held liable if the client fails to provide the necessary information or materials for a successful collaboration.Additionally, I would like your imput on things that I have missed that I should add in this contract.
