It is expected that a limited number of bids will be received for this project.

A placeholder bid has been received and we have stated what the job requirements are, in other words, bidders would like to charge near or more than thousand dollars, and claim that they are not familiar with the job requirements after we have provided the job requirements (i.e., provide a TOC that alone describes the work you will be required to do as part of your bid).  It is therefore unnecessary to submit a placeholder bid when we have already stated what the task entails. It is a straightforward job.

In this position, the hired individual is required to develop the team's Policies, Standards, Guidelines, and Procedures.

An understanding of real estate law or experience with real estate law is required of the hiring person.

We do need you to let us know which policies, standards, guidelines and procedures will be included in your final report.

If you cannot access this website, https://www.trec.texas.gov/, you should not apply.

We have two (2) requirements:

1st Requirement:

In order to determine whether or not you are able to access it, we will ask you to send a screenshot of a specific page, such as a screenshot of the boss page (i.e., the page that will be displayed on this website).

2nd Requirement:

It is essential to include the following information in the job application in order to be sure that we are hiring the right individual.

Please include the following requirements in your bid proposal:

1) Nonetheless, we require you to provide us with a table of contents (TOC) that details the policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures that will be included in your final report.

2) The job is a flat fixed cost. What are the costs associated with your work?

3) Your practice is law, not real estate law, so please explain your experience in developing real estate teams or groups when you submit your proposal.
