Job Description
DecisionLinks is seeking a skilled CUDA Contractor experienced in optimizing an existing kernel to optimize GPU acceleration in AWS. Ideally has also worked with Inference Machines, AI applications, and very large vector databases.
About the Role:
DecisionLinks has developed a novel solution for entity resolution using the power of AI with LLMs in a customized Vector database. Our datasets are massive, so your role will be to help scale this solution to billions of records. You will also develop CI/CD pipelines to quickly iterate on new versions of the product, including ones that use machine learning models to predict the members of a cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Optimize: Utilize Rust to develop and optimize AI-powered data pipelines, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Collaborate: Work closely with engineering and management teams to implement platform improvements and integrate with third-party models.
DevOps Integration: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code to streamline development processes.
GPU Utilization: Leverage GPU technologies to accelerate AI computations, including writing custom kernels to maximize efficiency.
CUDA Rust Development: Set up and implement CUDA Rust code for matrix math applications, particularly utilizing AWS Inferentia for optimized performance.\
Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in setting up and implementing CUDA Rust code, especially for matrix math applications with AWS Inferentia.
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Proficiency in GPU programming and optimization, including writing kernels.
A strong mathematical foundation, particularly in linear algebra and its derivatives.
Experience working with embeddings and indexing techniques.
Strong background in AI technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Jira experience is a plus.
