This position consists of traditional customer service, social media marketing, email marketing, groomer support and operations support. For those that would like to take on more responsibility, and demonstrate the required capabilities, the Customer Service Representative position is the first step toward one of several available positions.
We are looking for an energetic, organized individual who loves animals, has a professional personality on the phone, and enjoys warms sales in a direct marketing environment.
Our candidate must be willing to work 20 to 45 hours per week during the hours of 7AM to 7PM Pacific Time. Training is provided.
You must have a large or multi-screen computer, high bandwidth internet connection, quality headset, good computer skills and good customer service skills.
