Cloud Administrator – Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Interview Assessments Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Administrator SME to assess and evaluate candidates during the interview process for cloud administration roles. The SME will conduct technical interviews, assess candidates’ expertise in cloud infrastructure management, security, automation, monitoring, and compliance, and provide structured feedback to support hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Assessment & Evaluation:
- Conduct interviews for candidates specializing in cloud administration.
- Assess expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Evaluate hands-on experience with virtual machines, storage solutions, networking, and IAM (Identity and Access Management) in the cloud.
- Review candidates’ knowledge of cloud security best practices, encryption, and compliance standards.
- Assess understanding of cost optimization, resource scaling, and automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Evaluate candidates' ability to monitor cloud environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) readiness.
Technical & Professional Feedback:
- Provide structured feedback on candidates' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Offer insights on their ability to deploy, manage, and secure cloud environments efficiently.
- Recommend suitable candidates based on technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and industry best practices.
Interview Process & Standards:
- Ensure interviews align with industry best practices and cloud administration standards.
- Maintain a fair, objective, and structured evaluation process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to refine interview criteria as needed.
Hiring & Payment Process:
- All hiring processes, candidate selections, and payments will be conducted exclusively through the Guru portal.
- Candidates will be evaluated and shortlisted based on structured assessments and professional recommendations.
- The Guru portal will serve as the official platform for all contract agreements and payment transactions.
