Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA)

Location: Remote (9am-5pm PST)

Compensation: $5-$8/Hr (Depends on experience justified)

Work Hours: 40Hrs/Week

About Us:

The Drolet Family is looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to manage the family's online activities, including email, calendar, organization of information, and more. You will help them focus on their professional development while ensuring the family’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Role Overview:

As the EA, you will be responsible for managing the digital side of the Drolet Family's life, helping them stay organized, on schedule, and informed. Your tasks will include handling emails, managing appointments, maintaining documents, coordinating calendars, and more

What You will Be Doing:

  • Email Management: Ingest and categorize family emails and voicemails in Google Docs or Trello, responding where necessary
  • Calendar Management: Handle scheduling for the family, ensuring no conflicts and proactively managing action items for all attendees.
  • Document Organization: Maintain and store important family documents in cloud storage, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule doctor appointments, handle insurance submissions, and keep relevant records up to date.
  • Event Planning Assistance: Own and manage online aspects of family events, from coordination to execution.
  • Ongoing Support: Proactively execute tasks and provide updates, collaborating with the family via Trello and other digital tools.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
  • Proactive communication and a problem solving mindset.
  • Experience with tools
  • Must have: Outlook, Google WorkSpace
  • Good to have: Trello, Slack
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
