FINOP help

Hello, 

I need help with knowledge of securities accounting

The person for this job must be licensed with either FINRA Series 27 or FINRA Series 28 licenses, called FINOP. 

FINOP, nor FINRA, nor Series 27 or Series 28, have anything to do with IT, software, platforms, technology.
