Key responsibilities:
1. Process orders received from customers
2. Work on orders from the time it enters the pipeline till it reaches our customer which includes Picksheet generation, Invoice generation.
3. Update and maintain all relevant Google Sheets
6. Sending outstanding Statements to customers.
7. Participate in team meetings and company meetings during USA daytime/ India nighttime.
Skill(s) required.
MS-Office, MS-Excel, MS-Outlook,
English Proficiency (Spoken & written)
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
