What You’ll Do
Platform Management & Listings
- Manage and optimise property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz, Google Stay, and other platforms using Hospitable.
- Ensure calendar accuracy, prevent double bookings, and resolve syncing issues promptly.
- Leverage Pricelabs to implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market trends and demand.
Guest Relations & Experience
- Respond to guest inquiries quickly and professionally, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Handle escalations such as refund requests or maintenance issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Use guest feedback to refine operations and turn challenges into 5-star reviews.
Team Coordination
- Schedule and monitor cleaning and maintenance tasks through Turno to ensure smooth turnovers.
- Collaborate with contractors and cleaners via WhatsApp for real-time updates and task prioritisation.
- Organise and oversee workflows to maintain operational excellence.
Property Optimisation & Reporting
- Regularly update and audit listings to improve SEO, ensure accuracy, and enhance visual appeal.
- Generate detailed reports for property owners on occupancy rates, revenue trends, and guest feedback.
- Provide actionable recommendations to boost property performance, such as adding high-demand amenities.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in STR property management or hospitality operations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools like Hospitable, Pricelabs, Turno, and major STR platforms.
- Problem-Solver: Adept at resolving guest concerns and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Detail-Oriented: Capable of maintaining high standards and spotting discrepancies.
- Strong Communicator: Skilled in coordinating tasks and managing updates via WhatsApp.
- Bonus Points: Fluency in Chinese is a big plus for working with international guests and owners.
