Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to assist with Rent Manager operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering Incoming Calls: Professionally handle tenant and vendor inquiries.
- Order Assignment: Efficiently create, track, and assign work orders in Rent Manager.
- Coordination & Communication: Ensure accurate and timely updates to tenants, vendors, and the team.
- System Maintenance: Keep Rent Manager records organized and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Experience with Rent Manager or similar property management software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
