About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the executive's daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting business functions. Your ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines is essential.
Key Requirements
-Minimum 1-year experience as an Executive Assistant
-Your skills will be tested – this is NOT a training role
-Must be able to quickly learn new tasks with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines
- Advanced English proficiency (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Comprehension)
- Highly Reliable, Mature, and Responsible
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Stable, high-speed internet connection
- Responsibilities
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Call and follow up with customers
- Manage the executive’s calendar and schedule meetings
- Facilitate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint & Canva for presentations
- Handle various administrative tasks with efficiency
