About the Role

Are you a creative digital marketer who also thrives on solving problems in real time? We are looking for a Marketing & Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in a fast-paced, remote-first company that values speed, creativity, and results.

In this full-time role, you will lead content and performance marketing across social media, email, and paid channels—while remaining responsive during support windows to deliver exceptional live chat assistance. You will be a key player in launching new websites and campaigns, working in the dating, alcohol, and entertainment sectors.

Please ensure you are comfortable working in these industries before applying, as they are a core focus of our business and brand identity.

You will have the option to work a 4 or 5-day week, depending on what works best for you and the team—totaling approximately 45 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing (80%)

Social Media and Content Creation

Create, warm up, and maintain multiple branded and niche social media accounts

Manage and grow presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and TikTok

Plan, write, schedule, and analyze posts

Build community through real-time engagement

Use tools like FB Socialiser, Canva, and trend insights to strengthen brand voice

Email Marketing

Launch and optimize campaigns with HubSpot

Segment audiences, create automation flows, and boost engagement

Track key metrics and iterate for continuous improvement

Paid Advertising

Set up, run, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads

Align ad strategy with campaign goals and launches

Track ROI and performance, and report results to leadership

Strategy and Coordination

Collaborate with leadership to shape marketing direction

Help build and refine scalable systems and automations

Provide reports that drive decision-making

Customer Support (20%)

Be on-call and respond to live chat within 1 minute during your support shift

Use HubSpot and TeamViewer to guide and support users (full training provided)

Escalate issues when needed and ensure resolutions are followed through

Help maintain internal documentation, FAQs, and support templates

What We Are Looking For

1 to 3 years in digital marketing (social, email, or paid)

Proven ability to create, warm up, and maintain multiple social media accounts

Excellent English writing and communication

Ability to balance creative work with structured processes

Proactive, self-starting mindset and willingness to learn

Comfortable working independently and remotely

Must be comfortable working in the dating, alcohol, and entertainment sectors

Preferred but not required

Experience with HubSpot, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or TeamViewer

Background in fast-paced industries or agency settings

What We Offer

Full-time role with a 4 or 5-day workweek

Flexible hours between 10:00–22:00 CET


Salary $500 per month + Performance-based commissions up to $1,000 per month
