We are a family-owned business based in Madera, CA, specializing in selling water filtration systems, solar panels, and roofing services. We are looking for a talented and experienced freelancer who can help us boost our sales through social media marketing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms.
Increase brand awareness and engagement with our Spanish-speaking audience (90% of our clients speak Spanish).
Manage leads from various sources, including Facebook leads and our CRM.
Call leads, set appointments for our sales team, and assist in following up with clients.
Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish is a must.
Proven experience in social media marketing and lead management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with responding through a CRM is a plus).
Location: Ideally located in or near Central California for easier communication, but remote work is acceptable.
