Key Responsibilities:
Full Integration: Seamlessly incorporate Microsoft Dynamics into our existing website infrastructure. Ensure that CRM data is synchronized with web activities to provide a cohesive user experience.
Capture Forms: Design and implement advanced capture forms to gather lead information, customer inquiries, and feedback. Ensure these forms are user-friendly and integrated with Dynamics for real-time data collection.
Chat AI Implementation: Deploy an intelligent chat solution to facilitate real-time customer support and engagement. Configure the chat AI to leverage Dynamics data for personalized interactions and support.
Critical Information Handling: Develop and integrate solutions to handle and transfer critical information between the website and Microsoft Dynamics. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including integration with web platforms.
