Mobile Development – Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Interview Assessments Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Development SME to assess and evaluate candidates during the interview process for mobile application development roles. The SME will conduct technical interviews, assess candidates’ expertise in mobile app architecture, iOS and Android development, UI/UX best practices, performance optimization, security, and deployment, and provide structured feedback to support hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Assessment & Evaluation:
- Conduct interviews for candidates specializing in mobile application development.
- Assess expertise in native (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java) and cross-platform (Flutter, React Native, Xamarin) development.
- Evaluate hands-on experience with mobile UI/UX design, app lifecycle management, and API integrations.
- Review candidates’ knowledge of performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting mobile applications.
- Assess expertise in mobile security best practices, including secure authentication, encryption, app permissions, and data protection.
Technical & Professional Feedback:
- Provide structured feedback on candidates' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Offer insights on their ability to design, develop, and deploy high-performance mobile applications.
- Recommend suitable candidates based on technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and industry best practices.
Interview Process & Standards:
- Ensure interviews align with industry best practices and mobile development standards.
- Maintain a fair, objective, and structured evaluation process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to refine interview criteria as needed.
Hiring & Payment Process:
- All hiring processes, including interviews, candidate selection, and final evaluations, will be managed through the Guru portal.
