I have a small business that averaged 24 transactions a month in the company bank account. I've been keep the check ledger on Quickbooks because with such few transaction I feel like Quickbooks monthly fee is waay too much. The company is an independent real estate brokerage so brokerage experience would be nice. Looking to do this as inexpensively as possible but it must be accurate. Let me know if I can just send you my check ledger and or what you would want to create a monthly financial. The business rents and doesn't own any property. We occasionally purchase a laptop or a printer, but for the most part don't have any real assets. I do have a credit card that I pay off monthly, but because it's a Costco Visa, I use it for all major purchases (personal and other businesses, plus the real estate company). It pays off every month automatically from the brokerage checking account. I also have a savings account that I don't touch. I would not be looking for tax preparation at this time.
