We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be trained in the mortgage closing process but must have a strong background in sales, lead generation, and closing deals. This role offers unlimited income potential, with a combination of weekly base pay plus commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new mortgage leads through various channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their mortgage needs.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Work closely with the mortgage processing team to ensure timely submission of closing documents and accurate closing of loans.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
