Project Objectives:
We aim to install the Odoo Community Edition and rebrand it for hosting on AWS. The following integrations and plugins should be enabled in the selected Odoo community version:
1. Odoo Multicompany base installation, including all apps
2. Full accounting functionality in the community edition
3. Integration with 3CX Phone plugin
4. Integration with the following payment gateways:
- MPESA Till Number and PayBill plugin
- Stripe
- Paypal
- Shopify
- Authorize.net
5. Integration between Odoo CRM and Zapier
6. Integration between Odoo CRM and Slack

Project Milestones & Deliverables:
1. Install the Odoo Multicompany base on a server, ensuring infrastructure security and load balancing. Odoo can be found here: https://odoo-community.org/shop/multi-company-base-661#attr=5915, or a similar option.
2. Enable full accounting in the community edition and localize the chart of accounts (a chart of accounts will be provided). Ensure smooth transactions, tracking, and reconciliation within Odoo for MPESA integration.

4. Integrate M-Pesa pay bill & till number plugin from https://github.com/search?q=mpesa+paybill&type=repositories.

- Perform QA on the accounting system, phone integration, and MPESA plugin to confirm compatibility and performance.
- Deploy the Odoo system on the AWS server.
- Provide post-installation support to address any issues or make final adjustments.
