Job Title: Part-Time Personal Executive Assistant to the CEO

Position Overview: We are seeking a polished and professional Personal Executive Assistant to support our US Based traveling CEO in Dubai. This role requires a highly organized individual who can handle a variety of tasks, from managing errands and appointments to assisting with gifting and organizing various items. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the local area and possess exceptional interpersonal skills to represent the CEO effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with daily errands and appointments while in Dubai.
- Help with the wrapping, and delivery of gifts to clients.
- Must have professional handwriting to write notes from CEO to accompany gifts.
- Organize and store gifts, books, and candles.
- Travel independently around Dubai to fulfill various requests and tasks.
- Maintain a strong understanding of local venues, resources, and services to support the CEO’s needs.
- Act as a personal representative of the CEO, ensuring high standards of professionalism at all times.
- Communicate regularly with the Chief of Staff in New York to coordinate tasks and provide updates.
Qualifications:
- Resident of Dubai with extensive knowledge of the city and its offerings.
- Previous experience in a personal assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Polished and professional demeanor, suitable for ultra-luxury hospitality.
- Flexibility to be available during the CEO’s visits to Dubai: April 14-15, part of August, and beginning of September.
