  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in coordination with the client and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop detailed project plans including schedules, resource allocations.

  • Forecast material, labor, and subcontractor needs based on site conditions and project timelines.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

  • Provide regular progress updates, schedule adjustments, and risk mitigation plans.

  • Coordinate with Construction Managers, Field Supervisors, Engineers, and vendors.

  • Oversee all phases of telecom construction: from trenching, power wire installation, cabinet setting, grounding, antenna and line installation, to final testing and integration.

  • Ensure crews are deployed effectively and safety protocols (OSHA, RF awareness, etc.) are followed.

  • Review JSA logs, daily reports, and progress photos.

  • Monitor work for quality and compliance with engineering specifications and customer requirements.

  • Coordinate inspections, audits, and punch list resolution.

  • Identify potential project risks (e.g., delays, site access issues, equipment shortages).

  • Create contingency plans and adjust schedules as needed.

  • Resolve on-site or scheduling conflicts efficiently.
