Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in coordination with the client and internal stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans including schedules, resource allocations.
Forecast material, labor, and subcontractor needs based on site conditions and project timelines.

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Provide regular progress updates, schedule adjustments, and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate with Construction Managers, Field Supervisors, Engineers, and vendors.
šļø 3. Site Coordination & Execution
Oversee all phases of telecom construction: from trenching, power wire installation, cabinet setting, grounding, antenna and line installation, to final testing and integration.
Ensure crews are deployed effectively and safety protocols (OSHA, RF awareness, etc.) are followed.
Review JSA logs, daily reports, and progress photos.
š ļø 4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Monitor work for quality and compliance with engineering specifications and customer requirements.
Coordinate inspections, audits, and punch list resolution.
š¦ 5. Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential project risks (e.g., delays, site access issues, equipment shortages).
Create contingency plans and adjust schedules as needed.
Resolve on-site or scheduling conflicts efficiently.
š 6. Reporting & Closeout
Deliver project closeout packages including redlines, photos, testing results, and sign-offs.
Provide performance metrics to leadership and clients.
Conduct post-project reviews for lessons learned.
