In this position, you will be responsible for creating the guidelines and structures for the real estate team, including the contracts and agreements.

1) It is a flat fixed cost job. What is the cost of your work?
2) For us to be certain that we are hiring the right individual, we do know what must be included, but we do need you to let us know which policies, standards, guidelines and procedures will be included in your final report.
2a) You can include what will be listed in the Table of Contents
3) Since you practice law, but not real estate law, please explain your experience in developing real estate teams or groups when you submit your bid.
