Redesign of a Word Press website

Need to redesign a Word Press website for a small real estate development company. The current site (I did it...) is hosted by GoDaddy. 
 
The goal of the site is to:
Showcase current, past and upcoming projects - Summaries;
Individual project pages with more photos of the job progress and highlights
Description of “How to” – various ways to work with a developer/builder like our company
Ability to connect with potential investors, partners, landowner or other potential clients
News, blogs, regular updates – need to be able to add content myself
About us page with the history and bios of the company main players. 
 
Professional look and functionality are priorities. Looking for something elegant, yet visually simple and professional
