I am looking for an experienced SEO freelancer to help me optimize my webshop to increase visibility and organic traffic.

We have been operating a marketplace for over 15 years and have over 25,000 vinyl records on offer. Every month we sell several hundred records via the marketplace, but almost none via our webshop. Two thirds of sales are made in Germany, one third internationally. Our webshop will initially be optimized for German-speaking countries. We have been collecting data on the Google Search Console and with Google Analytics for around a year, but are unable to interpret it.
Until March 2024, the webshop was growing slowly but steadily, but we were downgraded by the Google update and now receive hardly any organic traffic. We have a large warehouse with around 50,000 items, about half of which are online. We add around 200 new items every week. As our items are collector's items, we only sell many of them after several years.
We have been working in pairs for 2 years and are looking for a long-term collaboration with a freelancer who is also interested in a long-term partnership. Our records often have a unique sales value and many customers have a strong emotional connection to our products. A third of our national customers are repeat buyers.
