We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing B2B SaaS company. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, tasked with identifying opportunities, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Your work will be key in driving new business and fueling the growth of the company.


The ideal candidate is a natural communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS setting.


Key Responsibilities:


    •    Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.

    •    Outbound Sales: Engage with decision-makers (typically in small to mid-sized companies) to uncover their needs and pain points related to our SaaS product offerings.

    •    Pitching: Communicate the value and benefits of our SaaS solutions in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.

    •    Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and meticulously track activity in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

    •    Appointment Setting: Book qualified meetings and product demos for the senior sales team.

    •    Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails with prospects to keep the conversation moving forward and maintain relationships.

    •    Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments.

    •    Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to inform your outreach strategy.

    •    Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.


Key Requirements:


    •    Proven experience in telesales or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a B2B SaaS environment.

    •    Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the ability to articulate the benefits of cloud-based software solutions.

    •    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

    •    Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

    •    Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    •    Resilient, with a positive attitude and a hunger to hit targets.

    •    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
