I'm looking for an experienced developer to enhance my existing ticket management dashboard. The dashboard is used by providers and admins to create tickets and assign tasks to technicians who handle product delivery and repairs. The frontend is built with React.js, the backend with Laravel, and the technician app is developed using React Native.
The project involves: - Modifying the existing system, particularly the frontend design and user experience, as well as features of the technician app - Improving the technician app by adding GPS tracking for deliveries Ideally, the freelancer for this project should have: - Proven experience with React.js, Laravel and React Native - Skills in frontend design and user experience - Experience in developing and enhancing ticket management systems - Knowledge and experience with implementing GPS tracking in mobile applications
