I’m seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) with experience in the travel industry (preferred) to support my small travel business with a focus on Customer Relations. Initially, the role will focus on project-based tasks, with the potential to expand into a more regular, part-time position as the business grows. I need a skilled, dependable professional to assist with social media management, client newsletters, blog content creation, and affiliate link setup.
Areas of Assistance Needed:
Social Media Content Management
- Create and schedule engaging posts for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Use Canva to design visuals aligned with my brand.
Client Newsletters
- Design and send regular newsletters via Mailchimp that are engaging, informative and keep clients connected.
Blog Content Creation
- Assist in the development of blog posts on travel destinations, tips, and insights for my website.
- Research and embed relevant affiliate links within blog posts, integrating with affiliate partners
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not a deal breaker, with a portfolio showcasing social media, content, and email marketing work.
- Proficiency in Canva for content creation.
- Experience with Mailchimp for email campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and affiliate marketing would be ideal.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
