Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Website Designer with expertise in Webflow and a solid IT background to join our team. This role involves designing and developing responsive, visually compelling websites that enhance user experience and align with our branding and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop fully responsive websites using Webflow.
- Implement UI/UX best practices to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Customize and optimize websites utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, fast-loading, and secure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to websites.
- Manage website hosting, domain setup, and server configurations as needed.
- Integrate third-party plugins, forms, and tools to enhance website functionality.
- Collaborate with the internal team to maintain alignment with branding and marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in website design with a strong portfolio, particularly showcasing Webflow projects.
- Proficiency in Webflow, with the ability to create custom, high-quality websites.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid IT background, including knowledge of web hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, and basic server management.
- Experience in SEO and website performance optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and capacity to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Figma).
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
