We would like to integrate our emails into the Zoho CRM platform. At the moment we use Office 365.
We are concerned about security issues with linking the email.
- We don’t want to let users delete emails. This is a big concern.
- Is okay if there is a mistake. But I don’t want someone intentionally or by accident deleting emails.
- If we delete from Office365 we don’t want it to delete in ZohoCRM.
- If this is not possible we have some other ideas but a setting that prevents deleting would be the easiest.
- The owners send emails to customers so we will want their email addresses linked. How do we prevent the owners other private emails not related to a contact from being visible to other users?
- What happens when an email doesn’t go to the correct contact? I have used other CRMs and they have unique email identifiers for each contact so that you can forward an email or attach it to the correct contact manually. We would like to know if that an option?
