I offer group meditation or breathwork sessions (up to 8) for those who are new to the practice or looking to deepen their existing practice. Meditation and breathwork are simple yet powerful practices that involve training your mind and body. Meditation focuses on calming the mind through techniques like mindfulness and mantra repetition, reducing stress and improving focus. Breathwork, involves conscious breathing techniques to regulate energy levels and reduce anxiety. Both practices can be done independently or guided, making them accessible to everyone and easy to create daily practices.
