I am a qualified Food Scientist with diverse experience in teaching higher education (assisted with lecturing and tutoring), Industry training and academic research. I have the following skills:
- Developing training material in food safety systems in HACCP, PRPs, Internal auditing, FSSC 22000. Developed and trained using the tools for these systems.
- Developing standard operating procedures and training with them for effective use
- I am an academic researcher who did a full thesis and three research chapters were developed from that thesis.
- I have blogging experience (focuses on first-time moms and maternal health issues)
