Serve as a source of expertise concerning Section 508 testing, training, & remediation. Remain current on the Section 508 Refresh to provide guidance on the impact of pending changes to the standards. Analyze system engineering documentation to identify accessibility considerations. Prepare test scenarios & test plans to ensure compliance is met. Create test reports for technical leads & stakeholders review. Conduct independent verification & validation of the project team’s test results. Perform 508 testing via automated & manual testing methods. Conduct wireframe & mockup reviews to identify accessibility barriers in product designs. Prepare & submits 508 packages to management as directed by Section 508 Program Office. Work with developers to implement solutions to the accessibility barrier. Lead the successful remediation of various company eLearning modules PDF documents. Write accessibility compliance reports which delineated an application's compliance with the appropriate set of technical standards.
