ROLE
Create and follow up the organization's finances and provide accurate information to managers so they can make decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathering and auditing monthly invoices from different suppliers.
- Keeping an exact record of all the company expenses.
- Handles accounting tasks for the company.
- Prepare profit and loss statements and other financial reports monthly.
- Monitor weekly costs, expenses and profit to assist Admin Manager and CEO/COO have an overview of the company’s finances.
- Analyze trends, costs, revenues and identify potential financial ratios that can be implemented inside the company.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Assist the department in compiling monthly reports for audits.
- Assist the Admin. Manager with the month-end and year-end close process.
- Assist the the department with weekly/monthly reports that the CEO/COO needs.
- Review daily suppliers’ invoices such as:
- Making sure that the prices per product are correct.
- Correct discounts are declared
- Assures that there are no duplications in the invoices.
- The suppliers’ total dues for payment of CEO are accurate.
- Ensures that all payables are accurate and double checked.
- Develop accounting policies to strength internal controls
- Review and keep updated the accounting software system.

RESULTS
- Accounting tasks are handled accurately and efficiently.
- The financial statements are delivered the 1st week of the month.
- Implement and maintain the accounting software system
- All invoices are gathered on a monthly basis.
- Admin manager is able to work on other tasks for the department.
- Organized documents in the digital storage
- The CEO/COO can make decisions based on accurate information.
- Accounting information is booked on time.
- All payables are handled properly,timely and accurately.
- CEO/COO are aware of the financial status of the company.
- Have an internal accounting policy.
