- Revenue Management: evaluate sales trend, check clients reputation prior
to approval for sales credit, check all sales, collect and record sales,
compare budget sales vs. actual sales, check past due accounts and
doubtful accounts, evaluate collection efficiency, evaluate receivable turn
over, resolution of sales and collection disputes.

- Expense Management: check and verify validity of billed amounts, record
expense, book amount due for payment, process payment prior to due date
to avoid penalties and surcharges and to strengthen supplier relationship,
evaluate efficiency of payments, resolution of purchase and expense
disputes.

- Inventory Management: check stock level to cater lean and peak season to
avoid over and under stocking, check items for replenishment, check
Purchase Order prior to placing order with Supplier, conduct quotation
across different supplier including their reputation, check item
specification particularly the quality and durability to ensure no
substandard purchases, check supplier’s competitive pricing including
discounts and allowances for bulk orders, check supplier’s commitment to
deliver the highest quality and service, check delivered and received items
from suppliers including damaged/expired/erroneous items, record item
receipts, check inventory movement particularly sold/disposed/returned
items, facilitate cycle counts, evaluate inventory per record vs. inventory
on-hand, preparation of incident report for inventory discrepancy.
Investment Management: deal execution, market trend analysis,
negotiating deal terms.

- Financial Evaluation and Planning: conduct risk management through
analyzing company’s liabilities and investments considering finance related risk, evaluate fundraising plans and capital structure, evaluate day to day operations and assess inflows and outflows, prepare
reliable current and forecasting reports.

- Compliance: ensure adherence to law through documenting and
strengthening company policies rules and regulation.
Reporting: Financial report preparation and reporting to top management
necessary for their decision making.

- IT Management: ensure all company’s used application tools are safe from
external unauthorized intervention through frequent checking of access
accounts and credentials of users.
