General duties consist of but are not limited to: maintaining billing system; generating invoices and account statements for customers; reconciling customer accounts; maintaining customer files & records; creating weekly, monthly, quarterly, & yearly reports for the business; identifying & resolving invoicing issues; producing any credits or invoice adjustments; maintaining customers sales tax documents & monitoring invoices for accuracy of taxing; preparing bank deposits; completing customer credit card transactions, when requested; month end closing; maintaining customer relations; collecting & posting payments; & generating aging reports & analyzing for day to day uses. Background in Thompson Reuters, QuickBooks, M3, Sage, Salesforce, Great Planes, Microsoft Dynamics & Enterprise, & Peachtree. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher & Note. Knowledge with Crystal reporting, multiline phone systems, and Omni-channel concept approach.
