I am Brett Elizabeth DeRouen. I was born and raised in New Iberia, Louisiana and contrary to beliefs we do not have pet alligators or raccoons. I am fortunate to have been given the opportunities to be able to a have acquired 12 years of experience in finance and administrative duties. I currently work as an Account Specialist for an international company that provides temporary power solutions to the world. I have had the privilege of working here for almost 4 years now, and I have loved every minute of it. I have learned so much and cannot wait to see what else I will be able to accomplish there. While I do have a current job, I am eager to expand my load. I am not afraid of challenges and do very well under stressful situations and limited time frames. I am very eclectic in that I can offer skills in writing, design, finance, administrative duties, or even general, basic needs. I look forward to seeing where this new adventure takes me!
Work Terms
While I do work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5PM CTS, I can find flexibility in those times, if needed. Nights and weekends would be preferable, but I can absolutely be available during the week and during normal business hours as well.
While I do enjoy speaking with individuals on the phone, I find it more personable; I find it almost a necessity to communicate in e-mails these days. It allows each party to have a tangible record of the conversation, as well as the ability to respond at their earliest convenience. With a phone call, you may miss the person and they may forget to call you back.
Payment terms are negotiable to some degree. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or per-job will work for me. It all depends on what works best for you and your needs.
